Who we are
Websteadly, LLC is a founder-led business that sets up and runs missed-call text-back and review requests for local service businesses, and offers website design and maintenance and local SEO + GEO services. This policy covers this website (websteadly.com) and how we handle information when you contact us. Other sites and products, including Fairtable (getfairtable.com), are covered by their own policies.
Information collected through the contact form
The contact forms on this site (on the home page and the contact page) ask for your name, phone number, email address, what you’d like help with, and a message describing what you’d like us to solve. You can also give us your business name and current website; these are optional. Name, phone number, email address, and message are required. When you submit a form, we also receive the address of the page you submitted it from, including any utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign parameters in that address.
Submissions are processed by these services: a workflow automation system that we host ourselves (n8n); HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) system; Resend, for email; Telegram, for internal notifications to us; and Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam protection (see Spam protection below).
We use your information only to reply to you and to provide services you ask about. We do not sell personal information.
Spam protection
The contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden field to detect automated submissions. Turnstile may collect browser and network information, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots, under Cloudflare’s own privacy practices.
Booking embed
The contact page includes a Google Calendar appointment booking window for scheduling a consultation. It loads only if you choose to open it. If you use it, the details you enter are handled by Google under Google’s own privacy practices.
Fonts and third-party resources
This site loads typefaces and icon fonts from Google Fonts, served from Google’s servers. Loading these resources may involve standard requests to Google’s infrastructure, governed by Google’s own privacy practices. Apart from Google Fonts, the only other third-party resources are Cloudflare Turnstile and the Google Calendar booking window described above.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel, a third-party hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operation.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking scripts of any kind.
Information we handle for clients
When we provide services to a business, we may handle information about that business’s customers on the business’s behalf. For missed-call text-back, this can include the phone numbers of people who call, the text messages we send and receive on the business’s behalf, and the business owner’s contact details for alerts. For review requests, it can include customers’ names and phone numbers and the fact that a job was completed. For SEO + GEO audits and management, it can include information about the business and, with the business’s permission, access to its Google Business Profile by invitation, without sharing passwords. In these cases the business is responsible for its relationship with its own customers, including having the consent required to text them, and we act on the business’s instructions. People who receive texts can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We use third-party providers (for example telecommunications, email, hosting, and spam-protection providers) to deliver these services. We keep this information only as long as needed to provide the services and as stated in the client’s service agreement, and clients can ask us to return or delete it. The specific handling, retention, and any data-processing terms are documented in the client’s service agreement.
AI agents are in development and are not currently offered. We will update this policy before any AI agent is offered.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us through this website by emailing info@websteadly.com.
Changes to this policy
As this business grows and adds tools such as additional form processing or analytics, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what data is collected and how it is used.
