About this site
This website provides information about Websteadly’s services: an SEO + GEO audit, missed-call text-back and review requests, website design and maintenance, and local SEO + GEO management. It includes pricing, process, and current work. It is informational and does not itself constitute a service agreement.
Service engagements
Actual work is governed by a separate written agreement or order form made directly with a client, not by the content of this website alone. Websteadly’s current offers are: the SEO + GEO audit (one-time); missed-call text-back with review requests (setup fee plus monthly fee); website build and maintenance (setup fee plus monthly fee); a website plus text-back bundle (setup fee plus monthly fee); and local SEO + GEO management (monthly fee). Scope, deliverables, timelines, and client responsibilities (for example call forwarding, account access, Google Business Profile access by invitation, and consent for texting customers) are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
AI agents (AI Receptionist, Lead Qualifier, and Review Responder) are in development and are not currently offered. Their terms and pricing will be published at launch.
Pricing
Prices shown on the Pricing page are current prices in U.S. dollars. Setup fees are one-time. Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance. A price confirmed in your order form applies to your engagement. Prices for future clients may change. Any third-party costs that are not included in a plan will be identified in your order form before work begins. The SEO + GEO audit fee is credited in full toward Local SEO + GEO management if you sign within 30 days.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice (email to info@websteadly.com is sufficient). Service continues through the notice period, monthly fees for that period remain payable, and monthly fees are not prorated or refunded for partial months.
Setup fees are due before work begins and are non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to complete your setup for reasons on our side, we will refund the setup fee.
The SEO + GEO audit fee is refundable in full on request before work on the audit begins, and is non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
Third-party fees (for example carrier, phone number, or hosting charges) are non-refundable.
What happens to your website, content, and accounts when you cancel is confirmed in your order form or service agreement.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.
No warranty
Except where explicitly agreed to in a signed contract with a client, no specific results, uptime, or performance outcomes are guaranteed by this website or its content.
Governing law
This site and any agreement entered into with Websteadly are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
