These are founding client rates
In exchange for a testimonial and permission to feature your site, you get this founding-client rate for your first 12 months as a client.
AI Live Agent
Add a live chat AI assistant, powered by Intercom's Fin AI, to your site. The starting setup covers a basic FAQ assistant trained only on content you've reviewed and approved, answering common visitor questions instantly, even after hours. Additional implementation work, like appointment booking, CRM integrations, or custom actions, is separately quoted.
Starting at $300 setup, plus starting at $65/month management (Intercom's own account and usage costs are billed separately to you)
Setup covers configuring the AI agent and building its knowledge base from content you've approved. Each month, the management fee includes one scheduled review of conversation logs and test questions, plus up to 30 minutes of knowledge-base corrections or instruction adjustments, with a short summary of changes and any issues that need your input. It doesn't include continuous monitoring or guaranteed response accuracy. New integrations, major retraining, or additional workflows are separate implementation work and can be quoted on request. This is separate from and in addition to your Care or Subscription plan.
Intercom account and usage costs are billed directly to you. If your conversation volume increases, Intercom's charges may increase too; that cost is yours, not mine.
